1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

2.2. Our service includes:
2.2.1. Monitoring appointment availability
2.2.2. Attempting appointment bookings on your behalf
2.2.3. Communicating progress within a defined service window
2.3. We do not:
2.3.1. Guarantee appointment availability or dates
2.3.2. Guarantee visa approval
2.3.3. Influence embassy or consulate decisions
2.3.4. Create or modify visa documents
3. FEES & PAYMENTS
3.1. An onboarding fee is charged at the start of the service. This fee is non-refundable.
3.2. The remaining service fee is payable only after a visa appointment is successfully booked.
3.3. All payments are processed through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay or Stripe.
4. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
4.1. The onboarding fee is non-refundable once the service has commenced.
4.2. If no appointment is booked within the defined service window (typically 30 days), no additional payment is required.
4.3. Refunds, if applicable, are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to gateway processing timelines.
5. SERVICE WINDOW
5.1. The service window begins upon successful onboarding and runs for up to 30 calendar days, unless stated otherwise.
5.2. The service ends automatically at the conclusion of this window.
6. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
6.1. You agree to:
6.1.1. Provide accurate and complete information
6.1.2. Respond promptly to communication when required
6.1.3. Use the service only for lawful purposes
6.2. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
7.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law:
7.1.1. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service
7.1.2. We are not liable for visa refusals, missed travel plans, or consulate delays
7.1.3. We are not responsible for technical issues beyond our control
8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
8.1. All content on this website is the property of flyt and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
9. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
9.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if:
9.1.1. False or misleading information is provided
9.1.2. There is abusive or inappropriate behavior
9.1.3. Legal, compliance, or security risks arise
10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
